Bill Barron, CEO
Bill is Chief Executive Officer of PenBay Solutions focusing on strategy, finance and business development for PenBay Solutions. Having worked in the banking industry in Hong Kong and London for 24 years, Bill brings strong strategic and financial planning and operations expertise to PenBay’s business model. Bill is a graduate of Harvard University and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Stu Rich, CTO
Stu is the Chief Technology Officer of PenBay Solutions with more than 15 years experience developing innovative geographic information systems and custom IT applications for government and non-government environmental organizations across the US and Japan. He has several years of extensive geographic information systems experience, with an expertise in ESRI technology, including project management, data analysis and modeling, and workflow methodology design work. Stu’s strengths are seen in his work as a system architect, a business process analyst and strategic planning manager. He has a B.S. in Forest Management from University of Maine.
Richard Koochagian, COO & Director of Distribution
Richard is a senior professional services executive and registered architect with more than 20 years of experience directing and developing operations, strategic planning, client services, and business development. He has extensive knowledge in the operations, growth and management of IT/engineering services organizations. His responsibilities at PenBay Solutions include senior project management, strategic planning, and providing expertise for enterprise GIS, facilities and space management projects. Richard has a Bachelor of Architecture from University of Tennessee.
Todd Crane, Director of Product Development
Todd is Director of Product Development for PenBay Solutions. The Development team is responsible for the design and construction of our Facilities oriented products and solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of complex GIS and IT solutions for Universities and School Districts, Federal and Local Governments, Transportation and Utility organizations and Commercial Enterprises. Todd holds a M.A. in Geography/GIS from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Greg Lee, Director of Finanace
As Director of Finance, Greg handles most of the day-to-day operational functions at PenBay Solutions, and serves a senior management role as the head of the finance team. Greg has a background in public accounting and was the CFO for several years at a privately held company. Greg has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern Maine, maintains his CPA license, and serves as the treasurer of the Maine Society of CPAs, maximizing his leadership, reporting, budgeting and forecasting talents.
Mike McDonald, Director of Product Delivery
Mike is Director of Product Delivery for PenBay Solutions. He and his team are responsible for providing our clients with the technical skills and services necessary to successfully deliver our products and solutions. He has been providing software development and system engineering services to federal, commercial, and non- governmental institutions for over 15 years, the last 10 of which have been focused on delivering enterprise GIS solutions in the facilities management marketplace. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has been a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2008.
Benton Yetman, Director of Solution Design
Benton is the Director of Strategic Technology Initiatives, and has more than 10 years of experience developing geospatial technology solutions for diverse clientele. With a background in GIS and systems architecture, he specializes in business development for the Public Safety arena, serving markets in the US and the Middle East. His extensive knowledge in the design, development, and marketing of disruptive technologies help PenBay bring unique solutions offerings to market. Benton has a Bachelor of Science in Spatial Expression and Analysis from the University of Redlands.
